How do I set-up Botzees?

How long should I charge Botzees? How long can I play?

Botzees takes about 2 hours to charge and you will be able to play it up to 6 hours. .

What do I do when I see “iOS version is too old, please update your iOS version”? 

If a message says that an update is available, tap Install Now. You can also follow these steps:
1. Plug your device into power and connect to the Internet with Wi-Fi.
2. Go to Settings > General, then tap Software Update.

3. Tap Download and Install. If a message asks to temporarily remove apps because the software needs more space for the update, tap Continue or Cancel. Later, iOS or iPadOS will reinstall apps that it removed. If you tap Cancel, learn what to do next.
4. To update now, tap Install. Or you can tap Later and choose Install Tonight or Remind Me Later. If you tap Install Tonight, just plug your device into power before you go to sleep. Your device will update automatically overnight.
5. If asked, enter your passcode. If you don't know your passcode, learn what to do.

If you see an error or need more space when updating wirelessly

If you see an error message while trying to update your device wirelessly, learn what to do. If you need more space for a wireless update, you can update using your computer or delete content manually from your device. Whether you use your computer or update wirelessly, you'll have the same amount of free space on your device after you update.

What do I do if I lost a Botzees piece? 

Please email us at cs@pai.technology. We can help you with replacements or to purchase a single piece. 

What's your cancellation and return policy?

We will happily accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns must be in new, unused, in sellable condition, and original, unopened packaging. Please contact customerservice@pai.technology to request a RMA. Once an RMA is issued, the return must be received within 10 days and will be inspected by staff to ensure the product meets the expectations outlined above. Refunds for returns will be issued directly to the original credit card used to make the purchase. Please note the consumer is responsible for shipping costs back to Pai Technology, and that Pai Technology solely owns the right to determine whether a return meets the return guidelines and expectations stated above.

What ages are Pai products recommended for?

Our Botzees toys are specially designed for kids of different ages & stages. For children under 3 years old, we recommend Botzees Toddler Series such as My First Blocks, Tasty Treats, Coding Train Set, etc. For children aged 3 years and up, we recommend Botzees Junior Series, Botzees GO Series, Botzees RC Series, Botzees Robotics Series- Mini, Botzees Play Table Series. For children aged 4 years and up, Botzees Robotics - Botzees Classic and its add-on packs will be excellent choices! Choose Botzees toys based on your child's age, interests and stage of development!

What are the compatible devices for Botzees AR? 

iOS Devices Botzees uses ARkit for iOS devices. The devices need to be compatible with Apple’s ARKit to operate Botzees. Here is the official device list from Apple. Please notice your software must be iOS 13 +. please check this list.

My Android device is not working. What do I do?

The new Android version required location to connect to bluetooth. Please allow location on your setting, then you will be able to connect Botzee’s Bluetooth.

What happened if my Botzees do not work with ARCore or ARkit?

We have an app called Botzees EDU. This app does not use AR but teaches coding as well. Search “Botzees EDU” in app store or Google play store, then you can find it.

Botzees GO My remote blinks and does not control the robot. What do I do?

Please take off your main hub and remote control’s batteries out for 30 secs. Put them back and try again. If this does not fix your issue, please contact cs@pai.technology

What do I do if I am having a hard time scanning in the apps?

Many of our apps use visual recognition that utilizes your device's camera. To ensure the scanning functionality works, please be in a room with a lot of light and avoid shadows in the scanning area. Be sure the product is within the outline set forth in the app.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping for all orders of at least $50 applicable only to the lower 48 states. For orders shipping to Hawaii and/or Alaska, please send an email to sales@pai.technology for shipping options.

Do you ship internationally?

No, unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. However, we have distributors who will be able to help you get the product you seek.

Do you offer a warranty?
